Terms of Service

01 Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Paavya, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

02 Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Paavya. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information and keeping it current.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including that of users you invite to your workspace.

Notify us promptly at security@paavya.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

03 Plans, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

04 Free trial

We may offer a free trial for a limited period. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your access will pause unless you choose a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you will not:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes another party's rights.
• Use the Services to generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful material.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the Services to build a competing product.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

06 Your content

You retain all ownership of the proposals, RFPs, answer libraries, and other materials you upload or create in Paavya ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.

07 AI-generated output

Paavya uses AI to produce draft responses based on Your Content and the RFPs you provide. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions.

• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before relying on or submitting it.
• Output is provided "as is" and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
• Subject to these Terms, you own the output you generate and may use it for your proposals.

08 Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content we provide, are owned by Paavya and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services per these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

09 Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to Paavya or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

10 Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your requirements.

11 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paavya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of Paavya after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
